Forster Stimson
William Forster Stimson is an eager actor, singer, and dancer. Inspired by the beauty of performance, Will desires to stir others in an emotional way to create new and beautiful things.
Will currently attends Valor Preparatory Academy as a Junior in the first-ever graduating class of the school. Valor is a private classical university-model Christian school where students are trained to courageously influence culture to the glory of God.
Will began his acting career at Waco Civic Theatre in Waco, Texas. He enriched his skills by participating in productions and classes with Christian Youth Theatre Waco and Monarch Theatre Company. Additionally, he undertook a month-long intensive at the Atlantic Acting Studio at Tisch NYU to sharpen his skills and learn new tricks of the trade.
Will yearns to create. He yearns to inspire. He yearns to impact the world. Will has been blessed with extraordinary friends and family who encourage, support, and motivate him. He loves these people dearly, people who encourage him to continue learning and improving in order to someday reach the big stage.
Waco Civic Theatre
Waco Civic Theatre is a non-profit organization located in Waco, Texas. This public theatre, which has been in operation since 1925, strives to “provide the Heart of Texas community with quality live theatre, to create an outlet for community education and participation in all aspects of productions, and to instill in the community a sense of pride and ownership in the theatre.”
Christian Youth Theatre Waco
CYT Waco (located in Waco, Texas) was one branch of a larger corporation, CYT National. CYT is an extracurricular theatre program for youths that has been putting on excellent performances and expanding across the United States since 1980. As stated on their website, “Christian Youth Theater develops character and creativity in kids of all ages through quality theater arts training that brings families and communities together while reflecting the Creator.” Though CYT Waco closed in 2020 due to complications with the Coronavirus, CYT National continues to operate.
Monarch Theatre Company
Monarch Theatre Company was an independent theatre program for youths located in Waco, Texas. Established in 2020, Monarch stood for excellence. Their goal was to train actors to be professional, teaching members new skills and honing in on old ones. In essence, administration focused heavily on the process, not the product, although the product was always spectacular. Monarch Theatre Company closed in 2021 due to complications with the Coronavirus.
